Wang Fusheng is the now retired former Chairman of the Huan Dao Group, a major Chinese conglomerate listed on the Shenzhen stock exchange which had its Head Office in Hainan. Mr. Wang is a celebrated businessman in China with strong links on local and National levels. He is Head of the Hainan Chamber of Commerce and serves as Vice-Chairman of the Chinese National Chamber of Commerce.

Lillian Wang Li is one of the founders of HQSM and is the chairman of our board of directors. She is responsible for the general administration, strategic planning and financial management of HQSM. Ms. Wang graduated from the Beijing University majoring in European and Chinese Literature and holds a certificate in business administration from Concordia University, Canada. She has over twenty-five years experience in management of China and Canadian businesses, particularly with respect to financial matters.

Harry Wang Hua is one of the founders of HQSM, and is our director and chief operating officer. He is responsible for the establishment of the production facilities and their operation in HQSM. He attended the Beijing Industrial University majoring in civil engineering. Mr. Wang has over fifteen years' experience in managing startup companies in China and in Canada and in training middle managers in China to Western standards.

Norbert Sporns is one of the founders of HQSM, and is our director, chief executive officer and president. He has extensive experience in project development and investment consultancy. He graduated from the University of British Columbia, Canada, majoring in Philosophy. He also holds a Bachelor of Civil Law degree and a Bachelor of English Common Law degree from McGill University and a Certificate of Tax Law, a Certificate in Condominium Law and a Diploma of Notarial Law from the University of Montreal. Mr. Sporns joined HQSM in 1997.

Jean-Pierre Dallaire is the financial controller of HQSM. He has experience with Canada's largest engineering company where he was responsible for cash flow projections and project financial supervision. He holds a Master degree in Administration (Accounting) from the University of Sherbrooke, Canada. He joined HQSM in 2000.

Eugene Hill is the Executive Vice-President of Finance for HQSM and holds a BS in Finance from Brigham Young University and an MBA in International Finance from University of San Francisco. He has over 20 years of financial experience and was formerly with Cisco Systems where he established office around the world for Cisco Systems.

Tony Fish has extensive sales experience within major supermarket retail chains on a regional/national basis. He has demonstrated the ability to generate new business while successfully servicing and maintaining an extensive national clientele base. Mr. Fish is an expert in developing and implementing promotional programs utilizing a network of brokers and distributors. His range in experience extends to sales of grocery and hard line products into retail facilities, arenas, military and major supermarket chains, discount and convenience stores, drug and military commissaries both regionally/nationally. We expect great things to come from this new addition to our team.

Bryan Gent is the Vice President of New Product Development for HQSM. He has over 25 years of club store and retail sales experience. He heads up new Tilapia meals roll-out.

He Jian Bo is the manager of the finance department of HQSM. He holds a Bachelor's and a Master degree in Economics from the Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, the PRC. He joined HQSM in 1999.

William Su is the manager of the compliance department. He Graduated from Beijing Second Foreign Language Institute, Major in Business Administration. He has over 12 years of experience in international trade and project development. He is familiar with western and Asian business practices. He joined HQSM in 2004.

Tang, Qun Jie is the Chief accountant of HQSM. She graduated from Nanjing Auditing Univesrity, major in audit. She is a registered Tax auditor and CPA. She joined HQSM in 2001

Liu, Jie is the plant manager of HQSM. He graduated from Da Lian Ocean Transporation Univesrity. He has over 18 years of experiences in manaing fishery related business. He joined HQSM in 2000.
